This box is UBUNTU bionic with installed docker version 20.10.9 and installed resolv.conf so if you want to change the nameserver setting you can edit this file /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/head
I create a script to change the ip address permanently you can do it with this command (you can run it anywhere):
Command: ip_set.sh $device $ip_address $netmak $gateway;
Example: ip_set.sh eth0 192.168.1.32 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1;
