update to Debian release 8.1.0
remove VBoxGuestAdditions.iso file after guest additions has been installed
Do not install provisioning tools (chef, puppet) anymore. This closes the Debian bug report #787298 (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=787298)
